With rail space available at one of our four locations, we can accommodate most freight car mechanical repairs. We are the mechanical repair agent for railroads located in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. We are also contracted to perform mechanical repairs in storage yards located in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. We pride ourselves on our QUICK TURN TIMES on every project.
Steel Line Rail Services, LLC is small enough to be responsive, yet large enough to provide the support you need. We currently have projects ranging from 500 cars to 2 cars. No job is too small, and we are eager to show you our capabilities.
Our car men are certified to Appendix T, Appendix W, and Appendix R of the Association of American Railroads Manual of Standards and Recommended Practices. They are trained by our NDE Level III personnel. Copies of our certifications are available upon request.

We take pride in our seasoned team that has worked together for many years. Each inspector on our team brings a unique set of experiences and knowledge for each and every client.

Such technology allows control of essential variables of welding by a remote device, and also eliminates the need of a car men climbing out of a man lift to adjust a machine input. This allows us to work more efficiently while also providing a safer work environment.
